Physiotherapy Consultations

Locations include: London venues. Virtual appointments when appropriate.

We offer musculoskletal physiotherapy to amateur and elite athletes as well as individuals looking to move and feel better. These sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes depending on assessment and treatment. We ask individuals to book in for a 60 minute appointment for an initial consultation.

We also offer a specialist support physiotherapy service for RED-S.

triathlon & cyCling TRAINING camps

Locations include Mallorca, Banyoles & The Canary Islands.

If you are training for your first triathlon or your 10th Ironman you are in the right place. Here you can complete a block of training in the most ideal locations. We will build a bespoke schedule wrapped around your individual needs and your own level. We also offer two training camps in May & October in Mallorca. Here you can join other likeminded athletes in a group environment on the best roads in Europe with expert coaching.

Ideally suited to triathletes and cyclists that want to ride their bike’s on the best roads of the island with swim/run coaching as a bonus afterwards!

Run TRAINING CAMPS

Locations include Kenya, Mallorca & London.

From Park Run to marathons, we are here to improve your run time on the clock. We combine sessions with strength work and recovery to deliver a specialist camp for all levels and abilities. If you are looking to personal best this season or next, contact us to discuss your next step.

RETREATS

Aside from performance a true passion at BASE. is improving good health, mobility and stability. Our retreats specialise in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning. We look to improve people’s fitness through practice. We also offer catered options in the comfort of your own home. Look out for day events and classes to get a taster of our retreats.

PERSONAL TRAINING & group classes

Locations include London.

We run personal training sessions from your home and from our London locations. We also offer group classes in the parks during the warmer months. To book your session or class contact us directly.
