Led by former professional athletes, physiotherapists, trainers and age-group athletes.

Attendees:  Triathletes/Cyclists/Runners. Must be a competent cyclist on a road bike. OR attend run/swim only. 

Destination: Santa Ponsa Mallorca. Near Calvia/El Torro.

April 31st
PM: Meet & Greet 7 pm.

May 1st: Monday: 

AM: BIKE

Forget Alcudia, welcome to real Mallorca. We shall be riding through the best routes on the island. We will be riding through the beautiful hidden villages of Banyulbufar, Deia, Gallia and Es Capdella as we lead to the incredible cliffside town of Andratx. Today is about getting the legs moving.

PM: RUN & STRENGTH

Recovery run & physio conditioning specific for triathletes.

PM: Sea swim technique

May 2nd: Tuesday:

AM: BIKE

Riding up some breath taking views today as we climb Soller and across the coast road to even more hidden towns and villages hidden on the most beautiful side of the island. Along the way we will be working through chain gang efforts, starting to fire the legs up for the week ahead.

(4-6 hours)

Afternoon: RUN

Brick run off bike. We will be running off the bike today 30-60 minutes. Focusing on form off bike. 

PM: Sea swim continuous steady recovery.

May 3rd: Wednesday:

AM: BIKE TO TRACK

This morning we cycle to track & complete an intense run session ranging from 1k reps to 400s. Just wait until you see this track, with an inside, outdoor and hill track surface it is runner’s paradise.

PM: BIKE

Loops of Challenge Peguera 70.3 course, we will be including some bike climbing and descending technique focus.

PM: SEA SWIM sighting and starts.

May 4th:Thursday:

AM: LONG RIDE BIKE

Out on the bikes today for a long aerobic ride. Coffee stops and taking in the spectacular views. Don’t worry we have a few sprints in store and a time trial effort within the long ride, can’t be to easy!

PM: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING BEACH FRONT

A session devised specifically to benefit triathletes from Olympic Distance to 70.3 distance racing.

May 5th: Friday

AM: Pool Swim

Bridging both technique and swim fitness together today we complete the KEY SWIM SESSION of the week.

PM: Recovery ride (2-3 hours)

Saturday and Sunday will include a camp race and the other day is yet to be decided (depends on every athlete’s state by our final day!!!) but it will include a debrief of the whole camp and some key points to take away into the year ahead.
